The filling cycle is short         and the production capacity is high. There is no need to add spare parts to replace the filling specifications. It can be completed by making adjustments. Users can choose the number of filling heads according to their own        production capacity. The touch operation color screen can display the production status, operation procedures, filling methods, etc. The picture is intuitive, simple to operate, and easy to maintain. Each filling head is equipped    with a bottle mouth setting to ensure the accuracy of the injection. The design chooses the linear grouping way into and out of the bottle to expand the filling function. Containers of various shapes can be effectively filled in this equipment. Imported gas filling valves are selected to ensure that      there is no dripping and salivating in the filling process. Powerful PLC software     support can achieve ideal filling operation, man-machine interface, all The operation is completed on the touch screen. The filling adopts volumetric quantification to control the stroke of the piston    cylinder to achieve different metering. The accurate time of pneumatic valve filling can be set to 0.01 seconds, which can control the measurement accuracy   within the ±1% error range, reduce unnecessary material loss, and improve the    economic benefits of users. The measurement of each filling head can be adjusted separately to achieve the consistency of filling measurement. This machine has set the technical procedure for entering bottles. There is no bottle,  and the count is not in place. Filling will only start when the number of bottles     recorded by the counter is consistent with the set number of filling bottles. The   amount of filling can be adjusted to the required amount of filling, and then fine-tuned to obtain the ideal filling measurement accuracy. Note: The filling range and speed can be designed with different filling heads   according to user needs.
