This machine is a fully automatic disc filling and sealing machine developed according to customer requirements. The front end can be equipped with a bottle sorter or bottle washing machine, and the back end can be equipped with a capping machine and labeling machine and other production lines. It is unmanned, saving manpower and improving production efficiency. The sealing film can be a roll film or a sheet film, and one of the two can be selected. It automatically drops the cup, automatically heats and seals, leaves a coding signal, and automatically transports the cup out, saving manpower. It can seal four or more cups at a time, and the quantity can be selected according to demand, greatly improving production efficiency.

Precautions for Use:

1. Before using this machine, a grounding wire must be connected.

2. Pay attention to safety. Do not insert your hand into the machine when it is in the standby or power-on state.

3. In case of emergency, press the red emergency stop button directly.

4. When installing the sealing film, make sure to turn off the power.

5. If it is the first time to seal, the temperature should be increased gradually from low to high.

6. When placing the machine, make sure the four feet are level first and the ground surface is solid.

7. Regularly add grease to the guide columns to reduce wear on parts.

8. Clean up the hygiene every day, especially on the conveyor belt and the motor.
